Special accounts with established credit may be set up for Net30 terms with approval of The Red Sari.
Shipping and Handling: Unless otherwise specified, UPS Ground will be used. Shipping charges are additional. If you require a different shipping option, please tell us in the comment section of your order. Additional charges may apply.
Taxes: In order to comply with IRS requirements, please provide a copy of your retail sales tax number (EIN) When you register with us.
Lead Time: 15 days on instock orders. 30-60 days on backordered items. Please let us know in the comments section of your order if you need it sooner and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Expedited shipping charges may apply.
Back Orders: Unless cancelled, backorders will be shipped automatically up to 3 months after the date of the original invoice. Shipping charges for backorders are to the account of the buyer.
Return/Exchange: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or refund (less shipping and handling) within 14 days of the delivery of the goods.
